Normal renovations are conducted in the apartments prior to renting. Repair, replacements vary per unit condition.

Residents are not required to be present but recommended to ensure all repairs are completed.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance for emergency repairs only between 4PM - 6:59AM

During normal business hours residents can contact the management office 718-294-6666 any calls after 5PM and are considered an emergency can be reported directly to maintenance on-call staff at 718-299-5704.

Lock out can incur charges if the door was locked with a key and the key was lost. If there is a top lock residents are urged to call a lock smith or will have to pay additional for the top lock repair(s). Residents are recommended to leave a spare with management or a relaible family member, friend to avoid the need to replace cylinders.

We have on-site paid, assigned parking spaces. Parking is limited any inquiries are to be requested by written notification.

Unfortunately no pools on the property however there is a local city pool on E 180 & Prospect Avenue approximately 2 blocks away.

Currently Verizon Fios and Optimum are the main providers in our area for internet and cable services. Satelite dishes are NOT allowed.

Residents can break the lease early without penalty depending on the reason for early termination.

All utilities are included with the asking rent except our seasonal charge for air conditoning usage $75 per year for 3 months (June - August at the rate of $25 per month)

Public transportation is in close proximity to the buildings the buses are a short 5 min walk away BX40, 42, 36, 17 & 9. The subway is approximately 15-20 mins away the following trains are nearby: 2, 5, B, D & 4 train is about 10 more mins away.

Clinton Towers is a train ride away on the 2, 5 line to West Farms Square/East Tremont Avenue a short 10-15 mins walk or bus ride on the BX 36, 40 or 42 to Prospect Avenue. Any limited buses will stop on Southern Boulevard or Crotona Avenue which is close by. Clinton Towers is located in between Clinton & Prospect Avenue on East 179TH Street in the Bronx, NY.
